Punjab and Haryana were declared joint winners as rain played a spoilsport in final of the inaugural All India Under-17 National Federation Cup Cricket Tournament organised by Cricket Federation of India at the Tau Devi Lal Cricket Stadium in Sector 3 here on Saturday night.
Chasing a target of 170 for victory, rain and duststorm interrupted play after Haryana had played just two overs. The match resumed after 23 minutes before it started raining again after 7.5 overs and Haryana were struggling at 56 for 4. As no further play was possible the organising committee declared Haryana and Punjab joint winners.

Pardeep Gill and Pardeep Gill Junior (21, 3x4s) put on 40 runs for the second wicket stand before Junior Gill was bowled by Mohit Garg.
