Chandigarh, Amritsar and Jalandhar registered victories on the basis of their first innings lead over their respective opponents in the Punjab Inter-District Under-19 Cricket Tournament for Dhruv Pandove Trophy being played at different venues of the state.
Chandigarh defeated Ropar on the basis of their first innings lead of 48 runs. Ropar were all out for 238 in 85.3 overs in reply to Chandigarh’s first-innings total of 48 runs. Ropar’s Tanvir hit a brilliant knock of 137 which went in vain.

Propped up by an authoritative knock of 115 by Amandeep Bawa, Amritsar defeated Mohali by their first-innings lead of 54 runs. Mohali were dismissed for 246 in 80.1 over. This was in reply to Chandigarh’s first innings total of 300 all out in 91.2 overs.
