A match-winning third wicket partnership between Kinderpreet Singh (41, 4x4s) and Shine Sharma (36, 4x4s) paved the way for Mohali Cricket Academy for a facile six-wicket victory over Satluj Public School Academy of Panchkula in the Ind-Swift Under-15 Inter-Academy Cricket Tournament being organised by Desh Prem Azad Cricket Academy here today.
Chasing a victory target of 168 runs, Mohali Cricket Academy found it easy as Kinderpreet and Shine guided them to victory with a brilliant third wicket association. MCA wrapped up the match in 32 overs by scoring 168 for 4. Pukhraj Singh and Rajat contributed 26 and 18 not out, respectively.
Earlier, Satluj Public School Academy batting first made 167 all out in 34 overs. Vaneet Dhaka batted with grace to pile up 51 runs with the help of seven fours. Arpit made Vaneet and Arpit were associated in a 70-run partnership for the first wicket. Rupinder Singh (3 for 31), Amriptal 3 for 26 and Manish (3 for 26) were the main wicket takers for Mohali Cricket Academy.
