CHANDIGARH, AUG 22

Himal Gusain of  S. D. Public School, Sector 32  became the champion fourth time in a row with 7.5 points at the end of the last round of the 21^st Chandigarh Chess Championship 2010, which concluded today  at St. Xavier’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44-C, here. 

The second position was bagged by Sanjeev Biswas with 6.5 points. The third position went to Abhinandan Vohra with 6.5 points. The fourth position was bagged by Baijnath Prasad with 5.5 points. These Four players have been selected to represent Chandigarh at the National Challengers meet being held in the month of Sept. 2010 from September15 to 26 at Bhiwani, Haryana.
